I thought I made an appointment online but somehow did not go through. I show up at the dealer with no appointment and Jose Castillo received my car for service giving me a loaner. Great customer service. Thanks.
Service department was awesome including my service advisor Juan Castillo. The car loaner department on the other hands needs help. There was one person Ariel there and while he was doing the best job possible there we so many people waiting we had to wait forever for our cars. You should stream line the process so that a majority of the work can be done prior to arrival. For instance my car is under my husbands name so the insurance card only shows him. If I had know ahead of time they need a declaration to show me I could have gotten that ahead of time and saved that time there as could most of the people waiting... More
My car looks pristine and feels like I just drove it off the lot. The service is exceptional and my service advisor Herbert Kanski makes me feel like I am his only client. The service is off the charts!
