Worst car buying experience of my life. The reviews will be made until a response is received as I can’t get a reply and answer from Gabriel, Oscar or Juan about their lack of service or guarantees. It’s been 3 weeks since the purchase and the Lexus I traded in has still not been paid off. Have not received anything I was promised, verbally and in writing. Brought my car November 21,2025 and never received my Mercedes cap from Nick that he said he would mail to me. Now I’m at a new address.I kept my word when i drove all the way to Cutler Bay to purchase it. I passed so many dealer to come there. That’s why I gave a three star review. I love my GLE 350
I am experiencing a brake problem on a new car. Warning light shows brake sensor missing on left front. I videoed the warning light as the problem was intermittent and showed them. Of course the dealer stated they could not fix it as there was no code showing at the time. Common sense tells me to replace the left front sensor. I am not a happy camper. They also stated car was washed but was a poor job.

best Mercedes dealership I've been to. Accommodating, has amenities (many dealerships just give you water if you're lucky), tho the people are what stand out. Christian really helped me out, and held my custom order during a tough time and I was able to buy it in the end. Also, he made an effort and delivered on price to a level other dealers closer to me weren't. If someone could clone this dealership, it'd be nice!
