I have been servicing my cars at MB CB since 2014 and it has always been a great experience. This time, my appointment was at 9 am and I waited over 2 hours for a loaner. At the 2 hour mark, I couldn’t wait any longer (I had a 11 am meeting in Brickell) and asked for my car back. I was then informed they had already started working on my routine service and couldn’t return it. I was effectively stranded and missing a meeting that I should have had plenty of time to make it to. I have always informed the service agent that I need a loaner when making my appointment and they confirmed it would not be an issue and yet there I was. Come to find out that the sales team apparently sold off more than half of their loaner fleet leaving those of us who have already purchased/leased our vehicles high and dry when we need routine service even when we call ahead. There needs to be a better system for reserving loaners for scheduled appointments.

Johnathan Ginoris of the service department is a legend. He runs a very efficient operation and has ensured we have received the highest level of customer service. This is a phenomenal dealership.
